About the event:

Come and spend a magical day with the witch herself in one of the most magical spaces in Lancashire, Mama’s Magic & Mojo Shop. We’ll spend the day learning what we no longer need in our life both mundane and magical, then going on to reclaim our inner magic that may have been supressed by situation, other people, finances or wellbeing. We’ll be working on various techniques to also restore your magic so that it’s not just back with you but its stronger than ever before. We want you to leave the retreat day feeling empowered, strong, full of vitality and knowing that you are indeed…magical. We will be working on old folk magic, learning the ways of our ancestors, working on grace, working on being present with both your mundane and magical self, learning about rested resilience, working with herbs, scrying, osteomancy , guided meditation, and working on taking you out of your comfort zone (nothing too extravagant don’t worry!) and ending in a magical herbal brew ceremony. You’ll be having a grazing style lunch with us (there will be a lot of food!), afternoon tea and drinks all day. As well as a life long folk witch and New Orleans voodoo mama, Sally is also a qualified life coach and counsellor.

You will be doing the following:

⭐️ Learning what you no longer need both mundane and magical.

⭐️ Seeing the real you, in a magical sense, using mirror work.

⭐️ Letting these things go by casting a cord cutting spell at the end of the day.

⭐️ Learning how to reclaim your inner magic that you have lost or supressed.

⭐️ Learning about rested resilience and how this can supercharge your inner magic.

⭐️ Learning about the herbs to help restoration both wellbeing and magical, and how to use them.

⭐️ Learning how to water, flame and mirror scry and how to communicate the messages you receive.

⭐️ Learning about throwing the bones and how a bone reading can help see situations for what they are.

⭐️ Learn how to magically see the real person behind the glamour for people in your life. We’ll show you how to gain the ‘magical vibes’ from people.

⭐️ Take part in a guided meditation (pathwalking) where we will be meeting someone or something that will be important to you on your new journey.

⭐️ Create your own magical simmer pot

⭐️ Create your own magical tea

⭐️ Create your own magical oil

⭐️ Make your own beeswax Re-Birthday candle, decorate it, seal it and use it at the end of the day – you will be actually making the candle!

⭐️ Make your own Restorative perfume oil rollerball

⭐️ Take part in your magical Re-Birthday ritual with a magical brew that you will be creating on the day. using everything else you have made today too! This may well be emotional, so be ready, but oh so worth it! You’ll be calling back your power, feeling empowered and strong enough to face the forthcoming days!

Background:

Sally (aka Mama Sal) is a British folk witch, rootworker and New Orleans Voodoo Mama based in Lancashire with Creole heritage, just around the corner from the famous Pendle Hill which was the site of the Lancashire Witch Trials. She is a bare foot in the grass, foraging, natural living, homesteading, nature loving kinda gal, born and raised as a British folk witch (Grandmother and Mother) and Creole rootworker (Grandfather) 47 years ago and has had the honour and pleasure of writing for, being interviewed for or working with some amazing companies, brands and media over the years such as The BBC, The Daily Mail, Fox News, USA Today, Reuters, The Walt Disney Corporation, Spirit & Destiny Magazine, Fate & Fortune Magazine and many, many more. Sally has been teaching all things magical since 1995 and has taught, created, spoken at and run over 750 workshops and courses.

Refunds:

We do not offer refunds if you cancel under any circumstances unless we, ourselves, cancel or reschedule the event (this is correct by law, please see https://www.citizensadvice.org.uk/consumer/event-tickets/getting-a-refund-on-an-event-ticket/). We will however, offer you another place on another retreat and move your ticket if you need to cancel for whatever reason.
